Roof Tear Off and Replacement
Service Overview
Roof replacement is a specialty of ours! We maintain a tidy jobsite from start to finish, and take care to protect client's delicate landscaping and property during the demolition process. After removing the old roof, we waterproof the wood deck using a construction process dubbed "Drying-In." We pride ourselves on our Dry-In expertise. We use purely high quality, field-tested synthetic roofing underlayments, in addition to a state of the art pneumatic cap stapler. After the Dry-In phase is complete, we promptly load the shingles onto the roof with the help of our long time local roofing supplier, MacArthur Company, and their expert boom-truck/crane operators. The video above illustrates the roof replacement process up to this stage. The completed roof follows.
A complete roof-replacement is sure to revitalize your home, and shield you from the elements for years to come.
